CSAC II - Certified Substance Abuse Counselor CSAC II
In order for the CDAAC Candidate to qualify for the State authorized CDAAC Certification, the CSAC II requirements must be met. The CDAAC and/or the CDAAC/RAS state certifications can not be granted unless the following CSAC II requirements are met.

The CSAC II requirements are:

1. The student will submit an affidavit signed by a qualified AOD counselor verifying 160 hours of supervised counseling experience.

2. The student will submit an affidavit signed by an organizational supervisor who could verify 2080 hours of field counseling experience in the organization in which the experience was acquired.
